Hi guys - New here :)

Postby Baldguy » Sat Mar 26, 2016 12:01 pm

Good day to everyone, I'm marco with a '95 SL.

I was drag racing back in 2004 and as i pulled up to the starting line, i was mesmerized by the car on the other lane, a red coupe shining in the dark with flames coming out of the exhaust. After the race i looked for it and found out it was a nos equipped 3000gt vr4 and since then became my dream car.

Just moved here in the US couple years ago after working in some diff countries and first thing i did was look for my dream car. Found a vr4 for sale in newport but when i got there the owner said it was sold so i looked again and found a completely stock 95sl in immaculate condition so i bought it and fulfilled my dream lol.

I'm a shy guy but hoping to join you one day when you have a meet and learn stuff from fellow 3kgt owners, even though i'll be out of place lol (i noticed most are running vr4's) :)

Hi everyone,
I just joined the forum tonight. I am looking for new plastic headlight bezels, both upper and lower, and the metal retaining ring for both right and left headlight assemblies. I would even buy the complete headlight assemblies if I found them new. This is for my 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 car.

I recently ran into a chain across a parking structure entrance that was basically not visible since it was rusty with no markings on it (foggy morning and somewhat dark out). Anyway, it screwed up my headlights and busted the plastic bezels, bent the retaining rings, and bent my left headlight hood.

Please let me know where I can buy brand new headlight assemblies, or at least the plastic headlight bezels. I am looking for stock headlight parts, original OEM. If anyone has any contacts, please let me know. Maybe in Japan?
